PE Film Division: It has 7 sets of three-layer co-extrusion blown film machines, of which 5 have a width of not less than 2300mm. It is also equipped with a fully automatic feeding and batching system, which realizes the centralized storage, automatic weighing, automatic mixing, and automatic delivery of raw material particles to the molding machine. It uses polyethylene particles imported from the United States, Russia, Iran and other countries. The annual production capacity of PE film is 20,000 tons. It can produce PE film products of various sizes and thicknesses, which can meet the various common outer film packaging of drinking water, beverages, beer, etc. in the market.

Label Division: The printing workshop has 7 ten-color high-speed printing machines and 1 twelve-color high-speed printing machine. Each printing machine is equipped with an online detection system to monitor the printed products at any time and improve the product quality. Among them, there are 5 high-speed printing machines with a width of not less than 1000mm, and the daily printing volume is not less than 1.5 million meters. The back-end workshop has more than 50 sets of high-speed palm-joining machines, high-speed slitting machines, high-speed inspection machines, high-speed cutting machines, laser coding machines, three-head variable QR code machines, etc.

Self-adhesive Division: It has 1 10-color 350 flexographic printing machine, 1 350 screen cold stamping printing machine, 1 6-color 320PS printing machine, 1 5-color 320PS printing machine, 1 350 high-speed UV laminating machine, 4 high-speed hot stamping and die-cutting machines, 2 automatic inspection machines, 1 laminating machine and other supporting equipment, totaling 16 sets.

Soft Packaging Division: It has a high-standard dust-free workshop with a purification level of more than 100,000, green ring, safety and environmental protection. It has 8 sets of equipment including solvent-free laminating machine, dry laminating machine, high-speed self-supporting zipper bag making machine, high-speed single-side sealing bag making machine, high-speed middle sealing bag making machine, etc., producing various food packaging bags, vacuum packaging bags, aquatic product packaging bags, pesticide packaging bags, aluminum foil vacuum bags, posters, curtains, propaganda paintings and other products.
