Firstly, the raw material is pre processed by crushing block shaped materials such as quartz sand, soda ash, limestone, feldspar, etc. to achieve the appropriate particle size for subsequent processing. During the melting stage, the glass batch is heated at high temperatures (1550-1600 degrees) in a tank furnace or furnace. Blow blow method is commonly used to manufacture small mouthed bottles. It involves blowing once in the initial mold to shape the mouth and blow it into a prototype, and then transferring it to the molding mold for a second blow molding. According to different feeding methods, it can be divided into two blowing blowing methods: vacuum suction feeding and drip feeding. This method is suitable for making small mouthed bottles, ensuring the accuracy and shape of the bottle mouth.

The rotary blowing method is to continuously rotate during the blowing of material bubbles, using the vacuum suction method to feed the material. The glass liquid is sucked out from the blocking brick, cut, and falls into the forming mold. The rotating shaft claw will quickly clamp and then rotate to complete a series of actions such as blowing air. This method is suitable for manufacturing very large-sized instruments.

The belt blowing method uses liquid flow feeding, and the glass liquid continuously flows out from the leakage hole. It is rolled into a belt shape by the drum, and then forms an air bubble on the transmission chain by its own weight and air splashing. It is then blown into shape by closing the rotating forming mold. Mainly used for producing light bulb shells and tea cups, with a very large production capacity.

The pressure blowing method is to press the droplets in the initial mold to shape the mouth, and then transfer them to the molding mold for blowing molding. Forming is easy to make the wall thickness distribution of the product uniform. In addition to being mainly used to produce hollow glass products such as wide mouth bottles, some factories currently also use this method to produce small mouth bottles. The pressure blowing method is developed based on the blowing blowing method and uses a punch instead of a core.
