1、 Preparation work

Heat shrink capsules: Ensure that the heat shrink capsules are intact, without cracks or damage.
Wine Bottle: Choose the wine bottle that needs to be sealed, ensuring that the bottle mouth is clean, dry, and free of dust, moisture, or residual liquid.
Tool preparation
Hot air gun or hair dryer: used to heat and shrink heat shrink capsules. If using a hair dryer, it is recommended to choose a model with higher power to ensure sufficient heat supply.
2、 Operation steps
Place capsules
Put the heat shrink capsule over the mouth of the bottle. Ensure that the capsule completely covers the bottle mouth and is positioned correctly. Generally speaking, there will be some design patterns or text on the capsule, which you can adjust to the appropriate position according to aesthetic needs.
Preliminary fixation (optional)
If the heat shrink capsule is relatively loose, you can gently pinch the bottom of the capsule by hand to preliminarily fix it on the bottle mouth, preventing the capsule from shifting during the heating process.
Heating shrinkage
Using a hot air gun:
Turn on the heat gun and adjust the temperature to a moderate level (usually around 150-200 ℃, which can be adjusted according to the material and instructions of the heat shrink capsule).
Hold a hot air gun and maintain a distance of about 10-15 centimeters from the capsule. Move the hot air gun evenly around the bottle mouth to evenly heat the capsule. Starting from the bottom of the capsule, gradually move the heat gun upwards to ensure that the entire capsule can shrink due to heat.
When the capsule begins to contract, pay attention to its contraction situation, adjust the movement speed and angle of the hot air gun, and avoid local overheating that may cause deformation or damage to the capsule.
Using a hair dryer:
Turn the hair dryer to the highest level hot air mode.
Similarly, hold a hair dryer about 10-15 centimeters away from the capsule and blow hot air evenly around the bottle mouth. Due to the relatively low heat generated by the hair dryer, it may take a longer time for the capsules to fully retract. During this process, be patient in moving the hair dryer to ensure that all parts of the capsule are evenly heated.
3、 Precautions
Safe operation
When using a hot air gun, be careful to prevent burns. When the hot air gun is working, the temperature at the air outlet is very high. Do not bring your hands or other objects close to the air outlet. After use, it should be placed in a safe place and stored after cooling down.
When using a hair dryer, attention should also be paid to preventing damage caused by overheating, and avoiding prolonged heating in the same location to prevent local overheating of the capsule.
Environmental selection
It is best to operate in a well ventilated environment, as there may be some odors generated during the heating process. At the same time, avoid operating in areas with flammable materials to prevent fires.
Material adaptation
Heat shrink capsules of different materials may require different heating temperatures and times. Before use, it is best to check the product manual of the heat shrink capsule and follow the recommended methods for operation.
